TERMS AND CONDITIONS
4D/3N Stay in a Hotel Room for 2 adults and up to 2 children.
Valid for couples, married or living together, between the ages of 28 and 72 (Both of the guests must be between these ages).
Couples must be traveling together and staying at the property together.
Not valid for single travelers. Attached individuals traveling without their partner will not be accepted.
Valid for US citizens only.
Stay is based on availability. In the event of no availability, the guests will be offered a Resort of similar standard or asked to choose alternative dates.
Credit Card is required on arrival at the Resort to cover any incidentals (Debit cards, Diners, Prepaid cards, secured credit, etc. not accepted)
Room taxes applicable and paid at the time of check-in (approximately US$12 to US$20 per night, depending on season)
Includes a complimentary refreshment for 2 and a 120 minute preview of the Resort's Travel and Lifestyle Program. Participation in this is mandatory as part of the promotion.
Valid for guests who are in full time employment or comfortably retired.
Valid for guests who speak, read, write and understand English or Spanish fluently.
The offer is not valid for guests who are in bankruptcy or foreclosure proceedings.

Not valid for group travel, i.e., no more than two couples/parties traveling together.
Not valid for Westgate employees, timeshare/travel club employees or existing Westgate Members.

Couples must be earning a combined annual salary of no less than US$60,000 to qualify for this promotion.
Cancellations which occur 21 days or less of check-in date will incur a cancellation penalty.
