Why are the resort prices discounted so heavily compared to retail rates?
Resorts partner with Jeff's Vacations to market their properties directly to travelers. In exchange for deeply discounted accommodations and bonus perks (such as complimentary theme park or resort credits), guests agree to preview the resort's travel and lifestyle program during their stay.
What is required during my stay to receive the promotional rate?
Vacation Club Promotions require attending a 90- to 120-minute preview/presentation of the resort's travel and lifestyle program. Complimentary refreshments are provided during the tour, and attendance is mandatory to qualify for the promotional pricing.
Who is eligible for these vacation club promotions?
Qualifications vary slightly by resort, but general requirements include:
Citizenship: Open to citizens of the United States and Canada.
Age Requirements: At least one of the primary travelers must generally be between the ages of 28 and 75. But this varies and the exact age criteria can be viewed in the terms and conditions section of each promotional vacation offer listed on the website.
Marital Status: Open to married couples, cohabitating partners traveling together, or qualified single travelers depending on the specific resort promotion. Attached individuals traveling on their own are disallowed.

What credit cards are required at the resort?
Resorts require a valid major international credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) upon check-in for incidental security deposits. Debit cards, prepaid cards, and travel cards are not accepted for check-in verification.
Can I bring my children or extra family members on the trip?
Yes, family packages are available across many destinations. Children under age 3 typically stay for free, while nominal daily fees apply for older children or additional adults depending on room capacity and all-inclusive inclusions.
