TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

5D/4N All Inclusive in a Luxury Hotel Suite for 2 adults. 

Valid for citizens of the US and Canada only. 

Valid for guests between the ages of 28 and 75 (both of the guests must be between these ages)

Valid for couples who are married or living together. Must travel and stay at the Resort together on this promotion.

Not valid for single travelers. Attached individuals traveling without their partners will not be accepted on this promotion.

Airport Pick Up is not included in this package but can be arranged at time of the Resort Welcome call for a fee. 
Stay is based on availability. Should your requested dates be unavailable you will be asked to give alternative dates or choose an alternative Resort. Booking requests must be made 30 days prior to travel. 

An Environmental Sanitation Tax of US$1.70 per day is payable at the Resort.

Valid international credit card required on check in. Debit cards, Diners, prepaid cards, travel cards, secured credit, etc. are not allowed.  
Your promotional stay includes a complimentary refreshment for 2 and a 120 minute preview of the Resort's Travel and Lifestyle Program. Participation in this is mandatory as part of the promotion. Failure to attend this will result in penalties being applied at the Resort. 

Once booking confirmation is issued no refunds are available on this offer. Guests who wish to change their dates after the stay is confirmed will be charged a fee for doing so. 
Valid for guests who are in full time employment or comfortably retired.
Valid for guests who speak, read, write and understand English or Spanish fluently. 

Guests must be earning a combined annual salary of no less than US$55,000 to qualify for this promotion. 

This offer is not valid for existing UVC members. Not valid if you have attended a UVC presentation in the past 2 years. Guests are prohibited from attending any other vacation promotions immediately prior to or during this stay. 

Only guests flying directly to Cabo San Lucas from a US or Canadian city and using one of these properties on the night of their arrival in Mexico will be permitted to use this offer. Not valid if you are traveling from any other destination, including other cities in Mexico. 

No extra charge for children under the age of 3. Families wishing to travel with children may do so for a fee of US$40 per child per night if aged 3-12, and US$115 per child per night for children aged 13 and older.
